  可燃物:煤粉制备工艺中可燃物为煤粉,而由于煤粉为生产工艺中必不可少的原料,显然不能杜绝或减少。另外一个可燃物即一氧化碳,由于煤粉长期受到高温和研磨作用,一部分煤粉会热解产生一氧化碳气体,当一氧化碳浓度在爆炸极限范围内时,遇到明火即会燃烧或爆炸。目前市场上常用的方法是采用一氧化碳在线分析仪对工艺环境中的一氧化碳浓度进行检测,并将信号传输至中央控制室。

  助燃物:即空气中的大量氧气,煤粉制备工艺是一种在厌氧环境条件下工作的工艺,所以减少氧气是一种可取的防火方法,那么如何才能做到呢?目前市场上已经有很成熟的方法----反吹系统采用氮气气源,以此来降低工艺环境中氧气的浓度,并用运氧浓度监测仪来随时监测工艺环境中氧气的浓度,将氧气的浓度控制在可燃氧浓度下限以下。

  点火源:对于煤粉制备工艺来讲,点火源多种多样:有磨煤机出口处的大量热气源,球磨在研磨过程中产生的火花,煤粉在煤粉仓中因积压阴燃而产生热气源以及静电火花等等。显然,我们要杜绝以上所有的点火源是不可能的---因为投资太高,我们只能检测并杜绝其中的一部分点火源。目前常用的是方法是采用温度传感器采集温度数据,并通过控制入口温度的方法将温度控制在工艺条件允许的范围内。

  温度探测:在传统的设计中,煤粉制备设备采用的温度探测设备主要是插杆式温度探测器,插杆式温度探测器最大的优点是可以在恶劣的环境中使用,且探测范围从0℃~800℃,属于宽量程探测器,基本满足设计及使用的要求,但根据本人以前在苏安公司水泥事业部5年工作期间的一些实际经验和客户反馈情况来看,设计部分仍然有很大不足。

  一氧化碳 / 氧气浓度探测:不论是水泥厂还是电厂或者化工厂,一氧化碳(含氧气浓度分析)分析已经是比较成熟的产品,这里将不再深入谈论。

  二氧化碳设计用量及主要作用:在以往的许多设计中,很多设计单位千篇一律的采用传统的设计思路进行设计,但却忽略了三个很重要的因素:

  冷却降温:二氧化碳在喷洒时出现“升华”现象,状态由液态直接转化为气态,在此过程中二氧化碳能够吸收空气中大量的热量,因此在煤粉制备设备出现间歇性的温度超高现象时,开启若干瓶二氧化碳,能够起到很好的降温效果。关于这一点,已经在很多单位的实践经验中得到证实。

  稀释:上文讲述可燃物时提到,一氧化碳是引起粉尘爆炸的很重要原因,但不是所有的一氧化碳都能引起爆炸,根据相关实验数据表明,空气中一氧化碳浓度浓度在12.5%~74%才会发生爆炸,因此我们可以利用一氧化碳在线分析仪,测定一氧化碳浓度,一旦其浓度值超过一氧化碳爆炸浓度的下限,立即向保护区内喷洒一定量的二氧化碳,便可以稀释一氧化碳浓度值,防止爆炸事故的发生。
